Accessed from the country lane leading from the village down to the beach, double gates open onto a spacious private parking area. From here, steps lead up to the front balcony, overlooking the grounds to the sea, and front door.
The dining terrace is raised above the swimming pool, ensuring wonderful views of the sea and Corfiot coastline as you dine. The terrace extends around the side of the house to the stone BBQ, and steps from here lead down to the pool and sun terrace. There’s plenty of space to sunbathe, or sit in the shade from the pergola if you prefer, and the grounds are surrounded by attractive olive and cypress trees for a good deal of privacy.
A pool fence is available on request at an extra cost.
The lounge and dining area is open plan, with patio doors opening onto the dining terrace, which overlooks the seafront. There is comfortable seating around the flat screen TV and ornamental corner fireplace, as well as a table and chairs. The living area has an attractive exposed beam ceiling which is continued into the adjacent kitchen, where you’ll find a second smaller table and breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen also has a large sea-facing window, plus direct access to the dining terrace.
Villa Irini has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms sharing the facilities of a separate shower room and 2 bathrooms. The sea-facing twin bedroom has patio doors accessing the dining terrace, and all 4 bedrooms are homely and bright with plenty of storage space.
